1. In order to book an apartment there's no need to pay in advance.

2. We cannot be held responsible for any personal artifacts you may forget in the apartment.

3. We cannot be held responsible for the in-house accidents.

4. For any malfunction in the apartment during your stay, please contact us. We'll try to fix the problems as soon as possible.

5. Checkout time is between 12:00 and 14:00. In case you decide to leave the apartment after 14:00 hours in your checkout day, you'll need to pay half of the rent fee for the apartment.

6. Nous garantissons la catégorie appartement (studio, deux ou trois chambres) et le tarif confirmé, mais pas l'appartement spécifique.

7. If you decide to leave before your booked checkout day, please inform us 24 hours before, in order to manage refunds.
