Booking Procedure

Very simple - no booking deposit required; payment only upon arrival in the apartment.

Selecting a property

We want you to feel comfortable and fully informed in selecting a property for your trip to Romania. We will provide all necessary information and details to help you make that selection. If you have questions after reviewing property descriptions and photographs please call us immediately so we can provide or research the answers.

Confirming a reservation

When you have selected a property please notify us of your decision immediately. We will then confirm to you immediately by e-mail, fax or telephone.

What happens when you arrive?

You will be met at the property at a pre-arranged time, shown around, handed the keys, given the telephone number of a local person who knows the property well, and the manager\'s mobile phone number. When you depart you will be checked out and the keys collected.
